Many different issues may bring you to A Work in Progress. I can help you develop a greater range of emotional expression, a deeper connection to your loved ones, and a stronger sense of self. Together we can make meaning of life transitions. Mindfulness and meditation practices can be used to manage stress, sharpen focus, and increase joy. With individuals and couples both, our focus can be working through conflict, improving intimacy, healing old wounds, and resolving sexual discord.
